Contract
The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by the winery. Cave Feuille Morte remains the owner of the goods until full payment, including any shipping costs.

Subject to availability and price changes.
Price
Prices are in Swiss francs, including 8.1% VAT.
Delivery
In Switzerland
Any order of a minimum packaging unit will be fulfilled. Shipping costs vary according to region and mode of transport:
- 1 to 59 bottles: actual price depending on region and transport
- From 60 bottles: free delivery
Prices include 8.1% VAT. Delivery is made to the buyer's home or to the indicated address.

Packaging
- 75 cl bottles: boxes of 6 or 12 bottles
- 50 cl bottles: boxes of 6 or 12 bottles
VAT
8.1%, included in the prices.
Payment
Invoices are issued with a 30-day net payment term.
Youth protection
The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 16 years of age. Any order confirms that you are authorised to purchase these products.
Data protection
Cave Feuille Morte only stores information necessary for the order. Customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss law and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are subject to Swiss law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Sierre, with the possibility of appeal to the Court of the Canton of Valais or the Federal Court.
